At Kim Jewelry, every piece is carefully inspected, polished, and securely packaged before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your ring size, product selection, and shipping address.

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
